Application

Oil displacing agent is mainly used for tertiary oil recovery in oil fields. Adding a certain amount of polymer with high molecular weight, low filtration factor and low adsorption capacity to the injected water can increase the viscosity of the injected water and improve the oil flow ratio. The injected polymer solution has a high viscosity and a high residual resistance coefficient and viscoelastic effect after passing through the reservoir. The higher the viscosity and elasticity, the larger the residual resistance coefficient, the smaller the displacing-displaced phase mobility ratio. Then the greater the increase in oil recovery.

 

1.1 Heat resistance and Salt tolerance Series Products

Our company has developed a series of new Heat resistance and Salt tolerance polymers. Medium and low salt resistant product KCY-45Q, suitable for low permeability reservoir; medium and high salt resistance product KCY-50Q, suitable for high permeability reservoir; medium salt resistant product KCY-80Q, suitable for high salinity oil reservoir. The advantage of this series of products is that it can be directly injected with oil production wastewater, which greatly reduces the environmental pressure and costs, compared with ordinary oil-displacing agents in Tertiary oil recovery. This product can not only be used in polymer flooding alone, but also can be used with alkali, surfactant and other agents to form binary compound flooding and ternary compound flooding. At present, this series of products has been widely used in tertiary oil recovery in Daqing Oilfield, which has greatly improved the crude oil recovery rate of tertiary oil recovery, achieved good economic benefits, and won unanimous praise from customers.
